Shipping Policy – Derry Electronics

Effective Date: 111 October, 2025

At Derry Electronics, we aim to deliver your favorite electronics safely, quickly, and affordably no matter where you are in Canada or abroad. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once it’s shipped.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

We ship through trusted Canadian and international courier partners, including Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and FedEx.

Note: Delivery estimates are based on normal conditions. Weather, customs, or courier delays may extend delivery times.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your package anytime using the “Track My Order” page on our website or through the courier’s official site.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship Canada-wide and to select international destinations.

  • For remote or rural addresses, delivery times may be longer.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to courier restrictions.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packing your electronics securely. However:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will open a claim with the courier and, once verified, issue a replacement or refund.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s laws.

  • These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Derry Electronics is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may cancel or update your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting 
    derryelectronics@gmail.com

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make any changes.

8. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
If an incorrect address causes a failed delivery, reshipping charges will apply.
